We offer store credit within 2 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.

All returns and exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on ShopLebourgeois.com only. We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.

To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Lebourgeois box and pouch.

If your made-to-order item is still in production, and you have not yet received it, we are happy to cancel the order and provide a store credit.

All jewelry ordered online are considered special orders and are subject to a 25% restocking fee if an exchange is requested or if you request to cancel a jewel that is still in production.

Engraved products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.

Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).
Lebourgeois reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

Exchange process for orders:

Put your jewelry in a shipping box along with your exchange form. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging.

Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.

Bring your packaged box to a UPS or FedEx, depending on the label provided.

For exchange, you will be charged for return shipping and shipping on your new order.

Repairs & Resizing

Jewelry by nature is delicate. We are happy to repair an item purchased on ShopLebourgeois.com, at no charge to you, within the first 30 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 30 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style and typically start at $50, plus shipping.

We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler. Any and all warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on a Lebourgeois design.

Care and Maintenance

To preserve your jewel in your everyday life, we recommend professional cleanings regularly depending on how often you wear your jewelry.

When wearing your jewelry we recommend avoiding harsh soaps, scents, creams, and chemicals and such may tarnish and damage metals and gemstones over time.

When wearing perfume, wait until it dries completely before putting your jewelry on.

Avoid exposure to high temperatures.

It is advisable not to wear your jewels to the swimming pool, as the chlorine can be detrimental to the stones an the metals.

Avoid wearing your jewelry while performing vigorous activities or exercising, to avoid scratches, breakage, or damage to stones & metals.

Using an ultrasonic machine at home is not recommended. Only a professional can determine if using such a machine is safe for your jewel.

Care Advice When Not Worn
Maintain the beauty and radiance of your jewelry. When not worn, each jewel should be put away separately, so that the stones and metals do not rub against or scratch each other. We recommend you place your jewelry on a soft surface and keep them in its original case for protection.
